2019-2020 Preschool & Pre-K Registration Information

Registration dates

 

Returning & Alumni Families:

Wednesday, January 16th & Thursday, January 17th from 8 - 11 am

Fall 2018 Explorers Families:

Wednesday, January 23rd from 8 - 11 am

New Families:

Saturday, January 26th from 9 - 10 am

 

Registration is accepted in the order it is received. If you arrive early, please go through the gate and form a line in the order you arrive until registration opens. We will have some items for your comfort available by the front window.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Do Explorers families need to tour before registration?
A: Yes, all Explorers and new families must tour prior to registration.

Q. Do alumni families need to tour before registration?
A: Families who have been away from the school for more than 2 years will need to tour before registration.

Q. Can Winter Explorers families enroll with priority registration?
A: No, only Fall Session I and Fall Session II 2018 families can enroll during the Explorers registration window.

Q. Where does registration take place?
A: Registration will take place in-person at VPP - 935 Camino Ramon in Danville.

Q. What do I need to bring to registration?
A. Please bring a printed copy of your signed registration form. Once your enrollment is confirmed, you will be billed for the enrollment fees through our online system. Please do not bring cash or checks for enrollment fees as we cannot accept these forms of payment.

Q. What happens if I am waitlisted?
A. You will not be billed if you are waitlisted. An email will be sent at the beginning of each month to confirm your interest in remaining on the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you will be notified via email and phone. You will then have 24 hours to confirm your interest. If you accept the spot, you will be sent a bill online for the enrollment fees. Enrollment fees must be paid within 24 hours.

Q. Can I get a refund for my enrollment fees if I change my mind?
A. Enrollment fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
