Programs and Tuition

Our play-based program offers a hands-on curriculum that allows children to learn, explore, and discover using all of their senses. We generally follow the SRVUSD calendar.  Our Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten classes have a teacher-student ratio of 1 to 3 and our Kinderprep class has a teacher-student ratio of 1 to 4 or 1 to 5 depending on the needs of the class.  ** Tuition reflects 2013-14 rates **

Our Preschool class provides a nurturing and welcoming introduction to school as the children explore the world around them and learn important life-long skills such as cooperation, problem solving, compassion and team work.  Children in our Preschool class must turn 3 by December 31st and are not required to be potty trained.  See Preschool Class Curriculum

Our Kinderprep program is designed for children who are age-eligible for kindergarten and would benefit from the gift of a year, or almost age-eligible and would flourish with other older children.  The curriculum focuses on the natural development of the whole child and allows them to attain the skills needed to make a successful transition to kindergarten.  The curriculum is taught in a fun-loving, supportive manner to motivate each child toward independence and self assurance.  Children in our Kinderprep class must turn 5 by May 31st of enrollment school year & must have previous preschool experience. See Kinderprep Class Curriculum

* Non Co-op Option

We understand that not every family can make the commitment to working in the classroom. We offer 1 non co-op spot for each of the Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten classes (4 total). Families choosing this option do not work in the classroom, but are still required to work on a committee, fulfill their maintenance obligations and attend general meetings.
