Dear Families,
The nice weather is back for the weekend! Enjoy!
Our Halloween Parade is Monday morning in order to prevent conflict for those who have elementary school parades to attend on Wednesday. Here is the note Sarah sent out about Monday’s Halloween Parade:
Our Halloween Parades will be Monday, October 29th at 9:10 for the MW(F) class. When you arrive your child will join us in the block room and you can go to the back yard and line the bike path. We will parade around 2 times and end in the block room. Please arrive on time because as you can imagine, it’s a pretty quick parade
After the parade we will resume with a normal morning and the children will enjoy free choice and snack time as usual. During small groups the preschool and pre-k classes will come together for singing and some fun activities that they can move through including face painting, a pumpkin walk, necklace making, bean bag toss and cookie decorating.
· Please no weapons or scary costumes.
Wednesday we will make “silly pumpkins” in the activity area and play a fun Halloween game in the library. Friday we will explore cool science with dry ice and bubbles in the activity area or outside, and learn a new song in sign language in the library.
I’m looking forward to seeing all of you on Monday. Bring your cameras!
